Objectives

Module 1: Directed Conversations

  • Overview: Train staff through exercises and active learning techniques to gain skills, knowledge and methods that will ensure continued performance growth in their role(s).
  • Overview: Staff will learn and apply techniques that will increase appointment setting, show rates and all KPI’s related to this aspect of their role in Admissions.

Module 2: Effective Prospecting and Value Communications

  • Overview: Train staff through exercises and active learning techniques to gain skills, knowledge and methods that will ensure consistency and effectiveness in the prospecting aspect of their role(s).
  • Overview: Staff will learn and apply techniques that will allow for conversations valuable and organic, while still being effective in every call.

Module 3: Advanced Conversations

  • Overview: Train staff through exercises and active learning techniques to gain skills, knowledge and methods that will ensure continued performance growth in their role(s).
  • Overview: Staff will learn and apply techniques that will increase show rates and referrals, as well as strengthen interdepartmental relationships and bridge the gap in communication.

Module 4: STITCH IN SUCCESS

  • Overview: Train staff through exercises and active learning techniques to gain skills, knowledge and methods that will continue to build from Module 1: Directed Conversations.
  • Overview: Staff will learn and apply techniques that will increase back end KPI’s (referrals, application and start rates).

Module 5: Effective Organizational and Forecasting Skills

  • Overview: Train staff through exercises and active learning techniques to gain skills, knowledge and methods that will ensure continued performance growth in their role(s).
  • Overview: Staff will learn and apply techniques that will improve time management and production across all channels.
